Natalie and Grady | Elopement in Grandby, Colorado
Natalie and Grady reached out to me in November asking what I thought about capturing their Christmas Eve elopement in Grandby. They were hoping for a hike most likely wearing snow shoes and they had already reserved their cabin at “The Wild Horse Inn.” Honestly, spending Christmas Eve hiking in the snow sounded perfect to me.
We met whilst hiking the Appalachian Trail so getting married with nature is all that we want as it is where we are both happiest and how we fell in love with each other.
As we adventured around with these two we got to hear more of their story of falling in love on the Application Trail. They had started the trail separately - hiking alone but once they met each other it was love at first sight and they were inseparable. During the elopement they called each other Togs and Lucky (their trail names).
It was such an honor to litterally be the witness to Grady and Natalie’s declaration of love for each other. The day started as strangers and ended as friends and I hope in five or ten years you guys come back and we can meet in the same spot to renew your vows!
