Once my fiancée, now wife, and I decided on a location for our private elopement, we began the search for photographers. We not only wanted someone who was familiar with the area, but also someone who shared the same values as us. I thank Instagram every day for leading me to Kate’s page. Our big day felt easy and carefree, thanks to the care and effort she put in behind the scenes. She offered suggestions for cake bakeries and florists (all within the LGBTQ+ community, which was a huge plus!), and even picked the cake up for us day of. There was an immediate comfort the moment we finally met in person at the beginning of our session. Kate is so warm and welcoming, and I think it also helped that she’s a Taylor Swift fan like us 😉. All throughout our elopement, I knew the pictures were going to come out great, but once we got our portfolio back, the results exceeded all of our expectations! I would recommend Kate a thousand times over to anyone in search of the perfect wedding/elopement/engagement photographer.
