I want to be friends with Kate and Taylor. They photographed our wedding last weekend and I felt so taken care of in their hands. I am not a natural in front of the camera and had some general anxiety leading up to the day, but Kate and Taylor made everything so incredibly easy and fun. Finding the right photographer was one of my top priorities for our wedding. I wanted photos that were creative and unique but at the same time weren’t too “try hard.” Kate’s photos are the perfect sweet spot – they are artsy but not overly edited, and she made sure to get some traditional portrait shots for our parents and family. My husband and I are both a little shy and were nervous about being awkward in photos, but Kate and her partner, Taylor, made us feel totally comfortable and provided a lot of direction. The photos turned out stunning - they capture all the emotions from the day and really reflect the cozy, rustic, winter vibe we were going for. Family and friends have said we look like models (which we definitely are not) and that the photos look straight out of a magazine!

Wow! Kate is truly incredible. Kate is an amazing human who is so passionate about her talents in photography. Prior to hiring Kate as our photographer, my husband and I were both so shy & intimidated by the camera. But, just 5 minutes into our engagement shoot with Kate, our guards were down & we knew we hired the right person. On our wedding day, Kate captured every special moment, glance, kiss & feeling without us ever having to strike a “pose”. Throughout the night, she thrived from the chemistry between my new husband and I. Her ‘up for anything’ mentality provided us with some amazing scenic backdrops, even if that meant she had to lie completely on the ground to get the shot.
