Lauryn and Nik reached out in early 2020. They were planning for a December of 2020 wedding in Sayulita and we couldn’t be more excited. Of course that was back when things were normal. As COVID became more serious Lauryn and Nik had to make the decision to postpone and rescheduled for the same weekend one year later. In the mean time, Lauryn and I met for a drink and talked all things wedding. Even though things are not even close to normal - it was well worth the wait.

Brandice + Joel elope in Pagosa Springs

It was peak season for leaves and they rented a house big enough for all of us. We had the best time - scouting the day before and cooking together. Brandice is a florist and owns her company Birch and Bramble Co so the living room was full of flowers she had brought up to build her own bouquet.

Whitney + Tyler | Engagement Session at the Sand Dunes

I would say that the Sand Dunes is one of the most magical places. To be surrounded by sand at sunset and see the mountains on one side - the moon rising. Everything seems right in the world. So when a couple is down for the drive - we can’t wait to explore the National Park with them. Whitney and Tyler’s love was super easy to capture and we had to best time romping around the dunes.
