This nice thing about being a business owner is I don’t have to approve anything through a boss. I get to speak whatever I want and THIS IS IMPORTANT.

First of all - none of us could have predicted the level that this pandemic has effected everyone’s lives. We are all figuring this out month by month and sometimes day by day.

It’s 2020 and you would think we have figured some of these things out! Buuuut we need HELP! I need help.

Emily and Jeff found the perfect cabin/hut to elope at just outside of Vail, Colorado. (In the winter you can snowshoe up to these huts!).

There are a lot of perks to eloping. And you can find a lot of blogs out there on about it (mostly written by photographers who are dying to tag along and capture it).

Every business owner needs a head shot and some need a whole branding session.

When I first started out I was taking online classes through Creative Live and any free outlet I could find. I went to a meet up about the basics of photography. I was eager to learn but I was also a little too prideful to admit some things.

You guys! I love living in Denver. Granted I’m a little bias since my family is here and I am from here but my experience with the wedding industry in Denver has definitely been more COMMUNITY OVER COMPETITION. In a state where the wedding “season” is only about 6 months I have realized how important it is to connect with other wedding photographers.

Natalie and Grady met whilst hiking the Appalachian Trail so getting married with nature is all they wanted as it is where they fell in love with each other.

Anna and Adam traveled from Pennsylvania with there immediate families to have an intimate ceremony at Red Rocks Trading Post. Red Rocks is breath taking and such a cool spot to say your vows. But since the ceremony was at 4pm - we met up the night before for a first look and golden hour photos. The sky was showing off and it was a magical weekend for everyone.

Do you believe in manifesting things? I’m a little skeptical but while talking with some friends I decided to say out loud that I would like an Iceland elopement. Like many elopement photographers Iceland is a dream location to shoot for obvious reasons.

One of my favorite things about Megan and Mike’s wedding were their tribe and “friends of honor.” From matching robes while getting ready to matching denim jackets - Megan and Mike knew how to make them feel special. Something else that I had never seen before was the florist hand glued real flowers onto Megan’s veil! It looked so ethereal and romantic.

The world is so much better because these two met and fell in love. And I hope that this blog post gives you a tiny glimpse of the real emotion and happiness these two have brought each other.

The love that Ann and Tommy share radiated throughout their day in Steamboat, Colorado. As Tommy came down the isle, everyone began cheering.

Jonathan and Brynn invited me to capture their elopement in August and I could not be more excited! They were currently long distance since Brynn was finishing school in St. Louis, MO and Johnathan was in Boulder - so they did a lot of traveling back and forth

Following a courtship that lasted more than a year and spanned multiple continents, Emily and Hernán were wed at Hacienda Grande in the charming town of Tequisquiapan, Mexico.

Leah and Aaron were full of smiles on their wedding day, just outside Salem, Oregon. The couple even danced at the alter of their backyard ceremony.
